One CS agent sort of hinted at it being some sort of a software issue that may need some time to update? Who really knows? What is weird is that every person that I spoke to could only see the $5 dollar rollover at first. I even emailed them after I was paid out to see what I could do to avoid this from happening in the future. They would not tell me what the problem was.
Yes, about 2 weeks later, after 5 phone calls with 5 different CS agents and 8 emails with detailed spreadsheets of recorded wagers, they finally let me withdraw.
